# Beside my hubby and my Grandfather Angelina Jolie is on top of my list. She has a pure soul and has a elegant and enchanting style of her own.

# Currently I am reading The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand.

Winters.....

Winters ……………reminds me of cold nights and cozy blankets.
Of steaming hot food and mugs of coffee.


It reminds me of walking alone in lazy evenings.
With dead leaves on the road and the silence that lies around.


Makes me think about the time when you held my hand in yours.
Is it the coldness or the isolation?


I feel like walking on the mountains with snow all around me.
Listening to your voice and feeling the deep love in it.


When I don’t hear it, it makes me wonder....
Is it just that the weather has lost its warmth or something has frozen between us coz of the distance?


I love the fog and the mist that winter brings in.
But I feel scared!!!
what if I loose you in it ?


Maybe this winter will bring us together.....will it?
I am waiting for the coldness to get over and be together again.

.....It was all a dream

Lost in darkness with no sense of direction. Walking alone in a forest, too scared to look behind.
Waiting with palpitating heart for exam results (funny isn’t it?)
I hope all is good when I know the outcome is not.

Afraid to open the closet…………is there a monster in?
Scared to open the closet…………people might find skeletons in it.
Terrified to speak the truth ………my loved ones will hate me.
I pray everyone is with me when I know I am alone.

Surrounded by nightmarish creatures.
Haunted by memories of past and fears of future.
Thorns and broken glass on the road on which I have to walk bare foot.
Drowning in a river hundreds of feet deep.

In the midst of a desert with not a drop of water.
I gathered myself ………….sweating, speechless.
Lucky to be in the cozy lap of my mom.
Thanking that I am alive.
Thanking my stars on realising that it was all a dream.

Walking Together....

Let me walk with you, for the road is long

Let me walk with you, for I too, am scared of walking alone .

Let me walk with you, till the sandstorm is over

Let me walk with you, till all is green

Let me walk with you, till there is peace

Let me walk with you, till there is nothing but love
